Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from EvoWear. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or worn hosiery products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns where products show signs of use, wear, or have been opened.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@evowear.uk with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@evowear.uk within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
